NEC/NEI were an American c64 group, originally started by Horizon. They specialized in importing European releases to the USA, and fixing them for ntsc.

The june 1989 release Apache Strike listed Horizon, Colormage, Mangar, Grim Reaper, Hercules, Tinman, Mirage, Rock Master E, Ultra Lord, D-Pro, The Ancient One, Infiltrator and White Knight as members at that time.

The may 1991 release Elvira +2 Fix listed Horizon, Grim Reaper, Sir Cyro, Murdock and Mr. Brownstone as members. In august, the intro for Darkman +2M also featured a memberlist, revealing Sir Cyro was gone, leaving the memberstatus at 4.
